Signups are now open for the 2020 round of Limited Theatrical Release! 

In brief:

• You can request 3-10 fandoms and offer 4-10 fandoms, with 1-10 characters/ships per fandom. You can request/offer either fanart, fanfiction, or both.
• You can request an individual fandom more than once with different character/ship tags (for example, if you want only art for some of your requests and only fic for others), but you must still request at least 3 total unique fandoms.
• You can request "Any". Please keep in mind that the "Any" box means "any character or relationship in this fandom that has been nominated for this exchange" (including “None”). It does not mean "any character in the fandom as a whole." 
• You can also include DNWs (Do Not Wants), which are things you don't want to see in your gift. DNWs can include anything, but may not be used to railroad your gifter into making one exact type of gift and may not contradict your requests. Contradictory and/or railroading DNWs are not considered enforceable.
• The 2020 round of this exchange uses "or" matching. Your gifter is only required to create something based on one of your requested characters/ships.

Will the requests summary be viewable or are you keeping requests private?

Am I missing something, or does the signup form not actually have a place to indicate whether I'm offering fic/art/both?

You are right! That was an oversight on our part. Thank you so much for pointing it out. We’ll determine the best way to deal with this (which will still allow you to specify your request for/offer of fic and/or art, no matter what) and will post to the comm about it, so keep an eye out. Thanks again!

So, you are totally our hero for catching this so early on! Luckily we had already structured this exchange to allow people to include additional details for the mods in their offer description box, so we're using that feature and just going a little old school. See the post addressing fic/art offers here!
